New Beginnings

 Here she is, officially, the Junior Higher.

Cora has been so very nervous about this big change in her life. A new school, hundreds of new kids, change in general.

Stace, Cora and I rode with her to school on Day One.

Stace and I weren't welcome to walk to the front of the school with Cora, but Elaine was able to get a photo of Vivian, Sophi and Cora.

 And Violet's mom, who's a teacher, sent this photo from lunch to the mamas.

Day One went well. Day Two was OK. Day Three was rough. But she'll get through it! One thing we know about Cora, she's strong.

 Violet started school on Thursday! Our baby's an upper grader, in fourth grade now. 

Here's her teacher, Mrs. Zamperin. This is the first year that Violet has a teacher that Cora didn't have first. Violet had hoped to have Mrs. Shafarman, too, but we know she'll see her when it's time for the school musical in the spring.

Mrs. Zamperin comes highly recommended, and she's a big Dodgers fan, too, so I know it'll be a great year.
