Then, we thought it would be nice to get Nan with the great-granddaughters, but Violet wasn't interested in staying for the photograph. So, I held her, and then realized it would have made more sense for the photo for Stace to have held her. Oh well.
We had the banquet room to ourselves, which was handy when the little ones were done eating and ready to run around. It wasn't so handy when we wanted to get a family photo. But, Cora had fun setting the camera up and running to get into the photo before the shutter clicked.
Such a sweetie!
You'd never know she kept us up half the nights for the first four nights of our trip, and the crucial last night before our big travel day home. Nor would you guess, by that great smile, she was sick all over herself and Mum on both flights, and all over the place the night before we few home.
But, she is the sweetest, smartest, most affectionate 20-month-old in the world, and we love her so.
