It's been hot, hot, hot, and we are so very thankful for our community pool!!!
My friend down the street Genia and I hosted a MOPS pool date last week, and on Monday we had our friends Lylia and Kelsie come over to cool off.
And, in and around working his bum off in the bathroom, Stace has played with Cora in the pool several evenings lately.
The final photos are from our trip to the SClarita Aquatic Center on Friday. 
Cora had a ball, and enjoyed doing this funny belly flop thing in the shallow water. She then would stand up and clap, naturally.
On Monday evening, after we spent much of the morning at our pool with Kelsie, my sister played with Cora for a couple of hours while Stace and I went to buy the cabinet, counter, sink and storage cabinet for the bathroom.
When Melanie got here, Cora asked her to take her to the pool. Mel replied that she hadn't brought her bathing suit. Cora said, "Maybe you can borrow one of mine."
